How To install Windows 10 in VMware

How To Install Windows 10 In VMware Player

      Hi guys ,

Microsoft has released windows 10 technical preview  .Here i am going to describe how to 

install it in VMware player.                                                                                                      

    

     

     

      Prerequisites:

      1. VMware Player

      2. Windows 10 technical preview iso image

      System Requirements:

      ~ Processor: 1 gigahertz (GHz) or faster

       ~ RAM: 1 gigabyte (GB) (32-bit) or 2 GB (64-bit)

       ~ Free hard disk space: 16 GB

       ~ Graphics card: Microsoft DirectX 9 graphics device with WDDM driver

       ~ A Microsoft account and Internet access

     

       Step 1:

       Open VMware Player and click create a new virtual machine. A new window will be opened asking for the type of configuration , just select typical and the click next .

       

     

    Step 2:

    Now in the next window select second option and choose choose installer disc image file and then click next.

 

   Step 3:

   In the next window select 'Microsoft Windows' and select version 'Windows 8 x64' from the drop   down list and after that Click next.

 

    Step 4:

    In the next window name the virtual machine and click next. In the upcoming windows leave every default and just click next and at last click finish.

 

    Step 5:

    Now Select the new operating system from the list then right click and select power on to start the machine.

 

    Step 6:

    Now a windows containing information about Removable devices will appear , just click OK.

In the next window select language , time format, currency format and keyboard layout and then click next.

 

    Step 7:

    In the installation type choose 'Custom: Install windows only(Advance)'.

 

    Step 8:

    In the next window select 'Drive 0' and click next. Installation will start and it will take 15 - 20 minutes.

 

    Step 9:

    Setting window will appear, just click express setting.

   

    Step 9:

    Now create an account.Wait for few second and it is done.
